Which celestial object is worth seeing through the telescope?

I am thinking the Crab Nebula since there will be 3D goggles, but I want other ideas. I will be in the Northern Hemisphere at about 10pm-2am mountain time on Aug 7. What is something truly worth seeing through the telescope?
