How long before I start seeing results working out?
I have been currently working out twice a day for the last two weeks. In the morning I take 5 grams of creatine and five grams of Jack3d, and I workout for an hour and a half of cardio. After a protein shake and a good 3 hours of rest I go to do a strength workout lasting around the same time. After another protein shake and a salad or something similar I rest for the rest of the day, mostly. My dietary and nutrition are decent, I don't spend the majority of my time eating junk. On rare occasion I would have something that wouldn't be seen as "ok" My main question is, how long before I start seeing any results?
