Question on my new puppy?

hiya, im having a female beagle puppy this friday, we'v named her bailey :) okay so my question is.. she hasnt had her jabs yet, shes having her 1st jab next week, so will she be okay in our garden its inclosed so no dogs can get in and she cant get out lol, so will it be okay b'coz she be going to the loo in the garden?
