Giving Prevacid?

My 3 mo old son is on Prevacid for reflux. Usually I just stick the half of a solutab in the back of his cheek and have him suck on a pacifier for a little while. He's started drooling so much because of teething that it doesn't go down now. He's also pushing the pacifier out which pushes the medicine out. He's never liked the pacifier, but he's always taken it for a little while with his medicine. Since this isn't a health question as much as a convenience question, I'd rather check here first than call his doctor first. So... does anyone have any tips on giving his solutabs to him?
