Scratched off skin layers.Scar appeared & fell off but now Pinkish-red skin's visible. How to make it go away?

Detailed Description:- It's an inch below the collar bone. It is 2inches x 2inches by area. Initially I applied Providone Iodine solution on it for around 5 days and the scar appeared Thereafter I applied Boroline antiseptic cream on the scar for about 5 nights. The scar then withered off but the pinkish red skin was visible. I let it be for a week and then I applied Betamethasone Valerate with Neomycin Sulphate mixed with Clotrimazole broad spectrum anti-fungal cream for about 5 nights on the pinkish red skin patch but not much of an improvement. Just to be on the safe side I applied the antifungal cream because I feared there might be a fungal infection there but there wasn't any. So I let it be again for a week. Now since 3 nights I'm applying Mederma gel formulated with Cepalin Botanical extract. Key ingredients of Mederma are Allium Cepa and Allantoin.
