Should I take my SATs?

I'm a junior. I took my psats and scored 130. My average GPA is 3.07. Should I take my SATs and try getting into SFSU? Or are my chances to low. Another thing I do independent study and my school does not offer foreign language. Two years is a requirement to get into SFSU. Is there a chance of me getting in?
