Why is my boyfriend being like this?

Several weeks ago my bf and I had a disagreement which caused heartache and upset. Now he refuses to talk about certain things AT ALL, even when these things are a part of everyday life. It's so frustrating and childish, but he won't budge. It's a ridiculous situation but he just can't see my side of it. We had another fight yesterday and now both of us are miserable. How do I get him to talk and not just clam up? I am desperate to sort this out without feeling like the ogre.
