Could this be my friend's spirit guide? Please Help!?

Ugh, another dang ouija board story. Spirit guides are not malicious beings, they guide & protect. However demons (who let's say enter through ouija boards) can pretend to be whatever they want to be, in this case, possibly a spirit guide. Or perhaps her spirit guide is trying to warn you about something.
