Killer Mom !!!!!! Help!!!!!!!?

Ok I can tell that this'll be somewhat of a difficult question but bear with me, I'll be 18 in November, I live in Jamaica and my mom lives in Brooklyn NY, she's working on get us there but this is the problem, my mom is a no non sense woman I mean she literally does not play. Now you all now that I have a bf and he and I have been going for some time now 2yrs 1wk and 2days to be exact but the prob is we're ually active. It's a problem because my mom is going to literally kill me when she finds out, if she doesn't kill me she's gong to BEAT me into oblivion. I know that the very day I get off that plane she's going to take me to the Dr to check if I'm still a virgin of course I know that'll be a big NO, then she's going to murder me and she's already told me how to and believe me she will and she wouldn't mine going g to prison because as said by her she did the crime so she'll do the time. I'm scared out of my wits bcuz I know wat my mom is capable of and I know wat she's going to do to me. My ques is, is there anyway that when she takes me to the doctor being that I think I would have already reached the age of 18, is there anyway that won't reveal my ual status to her? As in like Dr patient confidentiality?? I just want her to be told yes she's still a virgin so I'll have a life afterwards. Please don't tell me my mom can't hit me bcuz she's in the US bcuz dats 1 woman who wouldn't give a damn if she spent the rest of her life in prison as long as she felt u had been "disciplined" rite. So finally I will ask again, what can I do abt this predicament?? How can the Dr not reveal my real ual status to my mom??
