A improper girl ~_~?

if she's got shorts on then why is that wrong? if she had a skirt/dress then that would be wrong. sometimes its just the way people are. drop it into conversationa bout someone else who does it (make it up) and maybe it'll twig in her own mind. or maybe she'll just be the way she wants to.
