Why creationism sounds so disreputable?

Because it is. It disregards scientific facts about the earth. Creationists don't use basic scientific procedure. It only targets a specific set of creationist religions ideas, and it is a completely biased process. Despite all of this, they whine about not being recognized as a science when in all honesty, creationism is just a guess with nothing to back it up.
