QUESTION ABOUT FACEBOOK aRE yOU iNTERSTED APPLICATION?

okay... with this application, i was wondering if it is possible to know who has clikced yes on you anonoymously. the same people keep reappearing on my browse screen, and i was wondering if that has anything to do with people clicking yes or no on you...... HOW CAN U TELL WHO SAYS YES ANONYMOUSLY?? will the person reappear again and again if they did say yes anonymouskly
