So is it safe to say I am pregnant again?

I had the morning of Saturday April 23rd and in the afternoon of Sunday the 24th. On Tuesday May 3rd, I noticed changes to my cm like wet ewcm but had a negative OPK. On Wednesday the 4th I had a positive OPK and normal ovulation pains. We did not bd on tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, or saturday of that week. We use natural family planning but because i have irregular cycles I cant use the timing method only my body signs and tempt changes for detection. So I thought since we had 3 days before we probably missed it conceiving. I have been extremly tired so I took a dollar tree test this morning and it was a faint positive. i bought a First Response test and it was a clear positive. I am 10dpo. I have a digital to confirm in the morning. Is it pretty safe to ume I am pregnant? My are not sore and other than being tired that is it for symptoms.
